The Louisiana Rural Mental Health Alliance
is a grassroots organization made up of mental health rehabilitation providers, patients, family members, & community members who want to improve behavioral and mental health care in Louisiana.
The Alliance's mission is to advocate and educate on behalf of providers, patients, and stakeholders in rural areas about the dire need of stability and access to mental healthcare in Louisiana.
The Alliance seeks to advocate for budget stability, maintain the standard of quality providers participating in the mental health rehabilitation program, simplify the process of accessing, providing, and getting paid for services rendered, and remind policymakers that the successes and failures of the Louisiana Mental Health System lies with them.
The Alliance is made up of advocate and mental health provider members.
The Alliance is continually seeking new members to join our grassroots organization.
